In a prior meeting, there was a confidential negotiation with BCHD on a property on Harbor Dr. The APN and the street address did not match (as I recall, the address listed was 200 N Harbor and the APN was for 300 N Harbor). The error was not corrected in any subsequent public communication. To refresh memories, that was the meeting that was postponed due to a technology failure. As a taxpayer, I would like to see the corrected APN or address published, along with any resulting contracts, leases or other agreements without having to resort to a CPRA request. BCHD is currently over 1 year in arrears on several CPRA responses, so the City would need to be the recipient of the CPRA requests.
