I want to congratulate the city council for creating a truly outstanding July 4th fireworks display. This year did not disappoint and based on the reactions of the crowds in attendance, it was a great success.
We were able to watch both the show in the harbor as well as the barge off the shore from the beach on the sand next to the Topaz Jetty. Even though the show in the harbor was slightly smaller than prior years it was still impressive.
Also want to give a big shout out to Jeff Ginsburg and the Riviera BID, for creating the massive display off Avenue I. Hoping this too can become an annual 4th of July Celebration tradition for Redondo Beach.

Last week, there was apparently a closed session negotiation with BCHD on either 200 or 300 Harbor. The notice stated 200 Harbor with an APN for 300 Harbor. I really believe the City has an obligation to clarify the actual negotiations between 2 public agencies. Is it a sale, a lease, etc. What is the accurate address? What duration of lease, if a lease?
