I never received a questionnaire. I assume it was sent by USPS, but it never arrived in my box. Anyway, I would like to add my name to those asking for changes in the intersections. Seeing cars traveling on Beryl is very difficult due to parked cars on both sides of the road. I often have to nose into the bike lane to get a view. This is dangerous.

Also, my daughter and I often cross Beryl on foot on our way to the library, Whole Foods, etc. I think all way stops would be very helpful at each corner between PCH and Catalina.
