Hi, I am writing about the new trees planted in residential areas. I am aware that as part of the program, the city contracted watering services for 90-days after planting. Considering the high temperatures expected for the summertime, I am inquiring about extra watering for these new trees for the duration of the summer. I've noticed not all resident can water the trees, some are planted in areas where a typical water hose won't reach, and where there is no irrigation.
Some of these trees will dry and die if they are not watered at least once a week through October.
