PREZ21-2098 Public Hearing for consideration of an Exemption Declaration, Landmark Designation, and Certificate of Appropriateness for restoration, rehabilitation, and construction of additions to an existing potential historic property, pursuant to Chapter 4, Title 10 of the Redondo Beach Municipal Code for property located at 308 N. Catalina Avenue. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open public hearing, administer oath, take testimony, and deliberate; 2. Close public hearing; and 3.
