APPEALS OF THE PRESERVATION COMMISSION DECISIONS:
Decisions of the Preservation Commission may be appealed to the City Council. Appeals must be filed, in writing, with the City Clerk's Office within ten (10) days following the date of action of the Preservation Commission. The appeal period commences on the day following the Commissions' action and concludes on the tenth calendar day following that date. If the closing date for appeals falls on a weekend or holiday, the closing date shall be the following business day. All appeals must be received by the City Clerk's Office by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date.
