    Council members and Mayor Brand. I agree with Mayor Brands letter opposing SENATE BILL 939. As a commercial property owner, I can attest that property owners want what is best for our commercial tenants and want them to survive. This is a bill trying to solve a problem that I don't believe exists. In my opinion,it isn't needed and will have unintended consequences. Thank you.
