L.1. 20-0952 PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE 2019-2020 CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR APPLICATION OF CARES ACT FUNDING PROCEDURES: a. Open Public Hearing, take testimony; and b. Close Public Hearing; and c. Approve the proposed substantial amendment to the 2019-2020 CDBG Annual Action Plan and Citizen Participation Plan and the proposed activities to be funded with CDBG-CV funds received through the CARES Act. d. Authorize the City Manager to sign the CARES Act grant application, certifications and assurances.
