District 3 Council Member Paige Kaluderovic seems to have more time for things outside of her scope and expertise and outside of her own city than she does for her own constituents and Residents of District 3. The Beryl Heights section of District 3 gets completely ignored by her. Kaluderovic seems to be gaining a lot of power over real estate related issues including development within Redondo Beach and also outside of our city and with Jim Light's blessing. Kaluderovic has no apparent background in the real estate industry and carries no real estate licensing. She has become deeply involved in things that she was not elected for. We need more public oversight on what is going on with these affordable housing and homeless programs. And we need the District 3 Council Member to start doing her job for her constituents and all Residents of District 3.
