Close the Public Hearing; c. Receive and file Budget Response Reports; d. Adopt by title only Resolution No. CC-2606-043, incorporating the adjustments identified in BRR #1 and the final City Council motion; and e. Direct staff to take actions necessary to implement the fee and rate changes approved as part of the Adopted Budget.
