    I have proposed to capital projects along with indicative estimates for the improvement of the 500-600 N Prospect and 500-600 N Paulina neighborhoods. Because this cannot accept drawings, they ware submitted a blue folder items for L2. Even if only considered as $0 items for future years, the 500-600 blocks deserve safety and noise relief.
