    I apologize for not knowing the appropriate agenda item for this. There is a planning board application to build 2 residential units on property that currently has 1 house at 1822 Havemeyer Lane. My house is directly across the street from this lot. I have no objection to the final result of 2 houses. I recommend the units have garage parking included as this lot sits at the corner of Havemeyer and Flagler Lane. Flager is a no parking street, both sides, 7 days/week.

    This lot is adjacent to Jefferson Elementary school and a school entrance abuts this lot. Cars drop off students, children walk this intersection multiple times per day. I believe the traffic congestion of demolition and construction will increase hazards for the children going through that school entrance. The builder and the school should take measures to reduce these increased risks.. Perhaps construction traffic should be limited briefly at times before and after school.
    Construction will cause dust, debrie and noise. I request the builder be required to impletment measures to reduce/control the dust and noise impacting the school and the immediately surrounding houses. Whatever typical measures are used for contruction inpacting public spaces such as noise barriers and wetting down dirt could be helpful. Thank you for considering my concerns.
