At the last Council Meeting, BCHD Board Member Vanessa Poster directly stated that the City Attorney had admonished the Planning Commissioners to stop "targeting" BCHD. I can find no record of such an occurrence as Poster stated. Further, I have found record of the 9/19/24 Planning Commission meeting that shows the Planning Director passing a message to the audience that the meeting is more general than just BCHD. That occurred immediately after CEO Bakaly spoke for 3 minutes on BCHD as the BCHD CEO in official capacity. Therefore, all indications are that Board Member Poster deliberately misled the Council. Please initiate a formal investigation of the incident. As a public official under oath, Poster should be sanctioned at a minimum unless she provides evidence of her position.
